Mr. Chair, I thank my colleague for his speech. This does not happen often, but for once, we are in agreement. The members of Hamas are terrorists. Hamas is seeking the annihilation of Israel. Hamas is evil. We all agree on that. However, does the fact that these terrorists want to cause harm and the annihilation of Israel justify any action that will affect the entire Palestinian people? Is my colleague for or against the establishment of a humanitarian corridor?

Mr. Speaker, I thank my colleague for his speech, which was enlightening, as usual. I have been watching this situation unfold for weeks, even months, and I wonder: Is this an error, a mistake or negligence on the part of the government? I will be precise here. An error comes from the verb “to err”. That is when someone loses their way. A mistake is when someone does something wrong. Negligence is when someone knowingly does something wrong. I ask my colleague, was it an error, a mistake or negligence that allowed the situation to deteriorate like this?

Madam Speaker, I thank my colleague for his very interesting speech. I support the idea of banning a terrorist group, but how does my colleague intend to apply such measures? How does he intend to make the banning in question practicable?
