As indicated before, I appreciate the additional information the hon. members have put forward. I will come back to the House, if need be. I want to remind members that, according to the Standing Orders, they are not to reflect on how other members have voted in votes that have been held in the House. I will allow the hon. member for Dufferin—Caledon to continue his speech.
