Mr. Speaker, I believe I heard my colleague from the NDP move to seek unanimous consent, which was granted. It was that immediately following the vote, we would go right into Statements by Members and that the time provided would not be affected by the length of time that the vote took. I think anything that has happened between that motion being adopted and statements starting should be null. We should go right into statements, have the full 15 minutes for statements, and then go on to question period. That is my understanding of what the motion would have prescribed and what the House just agreed with.
