- This is a bill passed by the House of Commons in Canada called the First Nations Fiscal Management Act. This ensures that the financial management and revenue-generation processes of First Nations are overseen by bodies with expertise in the area, allowing for more effective and efficient administration. It also ensures that any changes made to existing laws are done in a responsible and accountable manner.
