An Act respecting certain measures related to COVID-19
  • Bill C-10, also known as the An Act respecting certain measures related to COVID-19, allows the Minister of Health to use up to $2.5 billion from the government's funds to pay for COVID-19 tests. It also gives the Minister the authority to transfer COVID-19 tests and instruments to provinces, territories, and other organizations in Canada.
