Madam Speaker, I want to thank the member for his service and the great work he does here. He might be a slightly better hockey player than me. However, I agree with him. It just goes to show that, under the Prime Minister after nine years, Canada has become a joke and is not taken seriously, not only just within our allies but on the world stage.
