Mr. Speaker, Canada remains steadfast in its support for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity. We strongly condemn Russia's decision to recognize the regions of Donetsk and Luhansk in Ukraine. This is a serious violation of the Minsk agreements and article 2, paragraph 4, of the United Nations Charter, and a threat to the security and stability of the region.
