His Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

Canada Labour Code

1Subsection 125(1) of the Canada Labour Code is amended by adding the following after paragraph (i):

  • Start of inserted block

    (i.‍1)make free menstrual products readily available to persons who are granted access to the work place, in accordance with the regulations;

    End of inserted block
