Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:

Telecommunications Act

1The Telecommunications Act is amended by adding the following after section 46.‍1:

Three-digit number

46.‍11The Commission shall designate, within one year after the day on which this section comes into force, a three-digit number dedicated to suicide-prevention services.
