- That, pursuant to Standing Order 50 and notwithstanding any other Standing Order or special Order of the House relating to Bill 51, An Act to amend the Legislative Assembly Act; That the Order of the House referring the Bill to the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs be discharged and the Bill shall be ordered for Third Reading; and That when the Order for Third Reading of the Bill is called, the Speaker shall immediately put every question necessary to dispose of Third Reading stage of the Bill without further debate or amendment.
