May I interrupt the hon. member? There is a lot of noise, and I am not sure if the noise is coming from individuals in the hall outside. I will ask the Sergeant-at-Arms to go check that out. I know people are probably filing in, but it is getting a little loud, and we want to make sure we hear what the hon. member has to contribute. The hon. member for Portage—Lisgar.
