Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h), this report is deemed to have been permanently referred to the Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics.

I am sorry, but I am going to have to interrupt. That is being dragged out a little too much. It is doing indirectly what you cannot do directly, so I want to remind hon. members to try to keep some decorum in the chamber and not mock each other. It is just not parliamentary. I am going to take a deep breath and remind all members to please, when they are addressing each other, address each other with respect, regardless of what is done to them or what is said. We want to keep as much decorum and respect in the chamber as possible. I also want to remind hon. members that when somebody is asking a question or answering, they should not shout them down. That is not a polite way of acting. There are two apologies that should come out of that, but I am not going to touch either one of them. We will continue. The opposition House leader has a question.
