Madam Speaker, I would like to thank my colleague for her speech. Much of it, however, seemed to be off topic. Let us get back to the matter at hand, namely investments in rapid testing. Right now, Quebec and Canada have some of the highest vaccination rates in the world. Canada is one of the countries where people have been the most willing to comply with public health measures. However, unlike other countries, we cannot lift the lockdown, at least not immediately. This is in large part because of the fragility of our health care system, and that fragility is the direct result of 30 years of federal underfunding. That is what we are talking about. Today's motion is once again intended to throw money around without promising permanent, stable investment for the coming years, as we have been asking for the past 30 years. That investment would have enabled us to keep the crisis from getting this bad. Does my colleague not agree?
