Mr. Speaker, I will read a quote from a January 12, 2022, article. It states: Last week, [the] Prime Minister...promised the Liberal government would send provinces 140 million rapid tests. That would be four times the number of rapid tests the federal government provided in December — enough for every Canadian to have one a week.... But as residents wait for testing, some provinces have flagged that shipments have been slow to arrive. This was an issue almost a month ago, and I am wondering if the member can explain why the government is so late to the game. We were asking for rapid tests a year ago, and they have still not arrived today.
