Mr. Speaker, our government has reached nine child care agreements across all provinces and territories. I am acutely aware that access to child care will make a major difference for families in my riding and across Canada. It not only gives our children the best possible start in life, but allows parents, especially mothers, to maintain their professional careers. It also creates good, well-paying jobs for educators. Can the Prime Minister update the House on the agreements reached, the ones we are still waiting for and how they will change the lives of Canadians?
