  • This is a law called the Allied Contractors (Kitchener) Limited Act, 2023. It is about reviving a company called Allied Contractors (Kitchener) Limited. The company was dissolved in 1994 because it didn't follow certain laws. The person who used to own the company wants to bring it back to life so they can do business under its name again. The law says that the company will be revived and will have all its rights and property restored, as if it had never been dissolved.
